Lieberman, Stevens Face Colleagues' Vote

Democratic and Republican senators vote separately today on the fate of two colleagues -- Joe Lieberman and Ted Stevens. Lieberman, the 2000 Democratic vice presidential nominee, appears likely to hold onto a prized committee chairmanship, despite the fact that he campaigned for Republican presidential candidate John McCain. And Republicans will consider whether to expel from their conference Ted Stevens, who was recently convicted in a federal corruption trial.

Boy Talks of Dad's Death in Police Video

Police release a video interview of an 8-year-old boy accused of shooting his father and another man dead. In the video, the third-grader says he found the men lying in his home upon returning from school Nov. 5. Police say the boy, facing two counts of murder as a juvenile, has separately confessed to the killings.
